Hey there my friend, what’s up? I just want to give a quick introduction as to who I am. My name is Lars Anderson. Currently I live in Vancouver B.C. Canada. I’ve been weight training for about 10 years now. Programs that I’ve tried include body for life, M.A.S.S. Vince Delmonte’s Hardgainer system, and of course, 7 minute muscle.
I was that skinny kid back in highschool. Goofy, awkward and athletic. In grade 10 I weighed about 130 pounds, which didn’t help me with hockey much. Once hitting came into the equation I rocked on a regular basis lol. I made some gains with creatine monohydrate and body for life, but nothing worth bragging about that’s for sure. In my spare time I love to train MMA, play tennis, hockey, poker DE, and seek out random adventures.
It wasn’t until a couple of years ago that I really started training properly. I learned that proper form, technique, and intense combination exercises can make all the difference. I was ignorant with form and focused on lifting heavier and heavier weights instead of focusing on technique
(moronic… I know haha). Also along the way I learned how incredibly important diet is. I wasn’t eating nearly enough nor at the right times of day to make the gains I wanted.
It’s been a long road to achieve success with my physical appearance. But nothing great comes instantly (unless you’re smart enough to learn from other people’s mistakes:P). If you have any questions for me or just want to say hi be sure to send me a message. Talk to you soon!
